Comprehensive Construction Management & Tenant Improvements for Vitesse Oil & Energy Headquarters

Unified Building Group (UBG) provided full construction management & tenant improvement services for Northstar Commercial Partners to construct Vitesse Oil & Energy’s new company headquarters and executive suites. The scope of work consisted of demolition of interior walls, flooring, ceiling grid & tile of previous existing tenant spaces.  UBG worked closely with existing tenants, landlord, low voltage and BMS to provide new construction of company “war room”,  breakroom, executive offices, workstations, employee office spaces, work stations, data center & IT laboratory space.
