Verde – Renovating Louisville’s Iconic Blue Parrot Location into a Modern Dining Experience

Big shoes to fill

Since 1919 the Blue Parrot has been serving Louisville, CO residents home style Italian cuisine. However, they have recently decided to close the doors and UBG is filling some big shoes. We have contracted with Verde to build them a new home inside of the recently purchased building. We are honored to have this opportunity and couldn’t think of a better group of people to take over such an Iconic location.
