Project Overview

Unified Building Group provided tenant improvement services for an Undisclosed Client’s new corporate headquarters along with two other facilities. The scope of work consisted of a lobby remodel, demolition & construction of new glass conference rooms, point of presence room, quiet/nap rooms, and huddle/creative spaces, new offices, a specialized space for the legal team, a new kitchen & 42 workstations. In addition, UBG is also providing a three-year facilities maintenance & management service plan.

UBG is highly Professional and diligent in their desire to understand customer needs. They ensured that all of my projects finished ahead of schedule and within budget, all while being flexible to changing customer requests.
