Unified Building Group delivered construction management services for leading network dark fiber provider Zayo Group at their east Boulder location. The scope of work consisted of demolition of existing walls, ceiling grid & tile, low voltage, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. UBG constructed new offices, new kitchen, breakroom & 42 workstations.
UBG is highly Professional and diligent in their desire to understand customer needs. They ensured that all of my projects finished ahead of schedule and within budget, all while being flexible to changing customer requests.
