Unified Building Group provided renovation and tenant improvement services for one of Zayo Group’s 29th Street Mall locations. Unified provided complete construction management, project coordination, and field supervision. Unified coordinated with the executive team stakeholders, the City of Boulder and landlord to build new office spaces, break room and ancillary space for the legal team. The scope of work consisted of full interior demolition of walls, flooring, ceiling grid & tile, construction of new offices, specialized space for the legal team, a new kitchen & 42 workstations.
