Construction Management and Tenant Improvement Services – Pre-K Prototype Classroom Additions

Construction management services for five buildings and associated site improvements through a competitive CM-at-Risk RFP contract award with the SDPBC at three separate site locations. Precast wall panels and roof systems were utilized for the prototype pre-K design for the School District. The scope of work includes the construction of Five buildings, parking lots, playgrounds and various other site improvements. All five buildings were completed within a seven-month schedule which was significantly condensed from the original schedule due to delays in civil engineering.
