Project Overview
Unified team members were responsible for the construction of 6 pre-engineered-concrete residential buildings in Jupiter, Florida. The building was designed to 150 mph wind loads utilizing precast panels and elevated floor decks. Our team worked closely with officials to match the aesthetic design of the existing buildings in the neighborhood required by the Town of Jupiter’s architectural review board. The buildings serve as staff housing for the Jupiter Island Club workforce. In order to comply with a building moratorium on Jupiter Island, construction was to be completed on a very tight schedule with a definitive deadline. This project was completed ahead of its schedule and under the proposed budget receiving much praise from the owner as well as its residents.
