Five on Black – 29th Street Boulder: Restaurant Tenant Improvement & Project Management

Unified Building Group provided tenant improvement services for FOB DevCo to build a new restaurant located at the heart of our nation’s premier shopping center 29th Street Mall located in Boulder, CO. The scope of work consisted of full project management, safety coordination  and site supervision within occupied 4 story building and parking garage. Completed demolition of existing space, and MEP systems. New installation of kitchen hood system (including make up air & roof top units), dining area and office space. UBG coordinated with local utilities, building landowner, and existing occupied commercial space to meet accelerated schedule safely and beat budget.  This was a challenging lil’ project. We had to coordinate with many stakeholders which made it fun.
