Cross Country Healthcare: Tenant Improvement Services & Facilities Management

Unified Building Group provided tenant improvement services for Cross Country Healthcare to continue the conversion of and expansion into the original IBM Data Center Campus, now their new headquarters. The scope of work consisted of extensive and surgical demo, including raised floor and infrastructure in a live fiber environment. Working to not cause disruption the project included detailed coordination with existing tenants, building owner, building management systems and alarming. Construction consisted of new: open and closed offices, conference room, break room and other support spaces. In addition UBG provided generator maintenance and facilities management services for the 100,000-SF campus.
