Unified Building Group was selected as the design-build team to provide tenant improvement services to Adpay Media Solutions an Ancestry company for their new office location in Englewood, CO. The scope of work consisted of providing architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural engineering, and construction management.  Unified was responsible for all logistics and site coordination with existing tenants, the landlord along with protecting a mission-critical data center all while in an occupied space.  Unified self-performed 1st-floor demolition of interior structural and non-structural walls, doors, ceiling grid, tile, flooring and existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage.   UBG  safely constructed 35 workstations,  new offices, conference rooms, huddle spaces, new lobby reception area, and executive office spaces on time, under budget with no disruption to co-location data center operations.
