Project Overview
The New Summit Charter Academy consisted of converting the former NavPress Headquarters into a state-of-the-art academic facility. Built in only 11 weeks, this 2-story campus located in the heart of the Briargate Neighborhood is now a 76,000 square foot K-6 which includes 30 classrooms, new bathrooms, & Pre-K offices. Unified was responsible for replacing the complete HVAC, electrical, fire suppression and fire alarm systems along with providing new finishes. It also includes a large atrium.
Unified Building Group was able to handle the setbacks and pressure with ease, grace, and professionalism. The entire team was very dedicated; they not only cared about this project but also cared about their people and our organization.
