Your way to impact

The Junior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling support to the Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles, data analysis techniques, and reporting tools.

Your day-to-day

• Collect and analyze financial data from various sources
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations
• Establish knowledge of the construction industry through interactions with industry experts
• Develop and maintain financial models for projects and ongoing reporting
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process
• Work with external auditors during the audit process
• Stay up-to-date on financial reporting regulations and standards

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and reporting tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working conditions

Hybrid in the Broomfield, CO office and work from home with flexible hours of work. Minimal travel is expected for this position. This is a full-time position, reporting to the CEO and COO.
