Unified Building Group provided tenant improvement services for McDevit Taco Supply’s first store front restaurant Located in Boulder, CO. The scope of work consist of the complete demolition of existing space, installation of a kitchen hood system (including make up air & roof top units), dining area and office space. UBG coordinated with local utilities, building landowner, and existing occupied commercial space to meet accelerated schedule and beat budget
