Unified Building Group was hired as the construction manager to provide renovation & tenant improvement services for global network solution provider ZAYO. Unified provided project management, coordination and site supervision in the heart of downtown Denver in the historic Atrium building built in the late 1800s. Unified worked closely with the City/County of Denver to ensure safe solutions for pedestrians while under construction during normal and off hours. UBG completed demolition of interior structural and non-structural walls, floors and above the ceiling including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The Unified team constructed a new lobby area, glass conference rooms, huddle/creative spaces, data center, kitchen, offices & workstations, without interrupting services for other tenants. In addition, UBG provides on-demand services & facility management services, maximizing the build-outs performance.
John is extremely knowledgeable about the construction process and helped guide the phases of T.I. Construction to meet our occupancy deadline. His communication style is both relaxed and effective – bridging the gap between CEO’s, Stakeholders and Contractors.
